Which e-services were used most often in May?
The number of citizens who use electronic services via the E-government portal continues to grow in Azerbaijan. According to statistical data, during May 2016, citizens used most frequently electronic services of the State Students Admission Commission (691,299), the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population (607,587), the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (461,296), the State Customs Committee (48,821), and electronic certificates (14,167).
The State Students Admission Commission is leading in the number of e-services which were used by citizens during the entrance exams. Thus, only the "Online submission of applications by candidates (applicants, bachelors, candidates (applying for residency))" e-service of the State Students Admission Commission was used 337,405 times during the stated period.
Because of the fact that the services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population are socially oriented, they are also widely used by citizens. Thus, the "Appeal for targeted social assistance" e-service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population was used 220,665 times in May 2016.
The "Provision of information on mobile phone numbers shifted to another network with the use of Mobile Number Portability (MNP)" e-service of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies was used 231,576 times in the reporting period.
The "Acceptance of electronic customs declarations for clearance of goods and vehicles" e-service of the State Customs Committee was used 36,824 times in May 2016.
During the stated period, citizens used e-certificate-related e-services 14,167 times.
