Changes were made in the regulations on State Fund for Development of Information Technologies
Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Decree № 853 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 2, 2013 "On approval of the regulations of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan"
"Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in connection with the application of Law № 139-VQD of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On amendments to the Law of the Republic Azerbaijan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated March 4, 2016," I hereby resolve as follows:
To replace the words "The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan" in Annex II - in Paragraph 4.2, in the first and second sentences of paragraph 6.2 "Regulations on the use of resources of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Decree № 853 (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2013, № 4, Article 367; 2014, № 5, Article 477, № 11, Article 1414; 2016, № 8, Article 1384) of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 2, 2013 with the words "Financial Markets Supervisory Authority".
