American enterprise software company Oracle announced applications with artificial intelligence elements Adaptive Intelligent Apps for CX. They are designed to help professionals in the field of e-commerce, marketing, sales and service to improve the quality of service in real time during the entire period of work with the client.
Adaptive Intelligent Apps for CX receives data from the Oracle Data Cloud cloud platform, which Oracle claims is the world's largest data TRADING PLATFORM that is used by more than 5 billion individuals and companies around the world, and on which more than 7.5 Trillion data entry requests.
Applications allow you to receive analytical calculations on individual requests, supplemented and improved with each interaction with the client, and include innovative applications developed for consumers and B2B professionals.
Adaptive Intelligent Apps for CX are designed to improve existing applications for e-commerce, marketing, sales and customer service within the Oracle CX Cloud Suite.
