The number of usages of the electronic service ‘Provision of information on numbers moved to another network through Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service’ increased
The operator of the E-government portal – the Data Processing Centre of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT) has released statistical data on electronic services that were used most frequently during the first five months of this year.
According to the statistical figures, MTCHT was among the top five state agencies whose services were used most often in the reporting period.
Thus, the electronic services of MTCHT were used 3,088,725 times in the stated period. The electronic service "Provision of information on numbers moved to another network through Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service" was the most frequently used e-service of the ministry. The e-service was used 1,692,360 times in the reporting period.
MTCHT is followed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, State Examination Center, State Customs Committee, Azersu OJSC, Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Committee on Property Issues, Ministry of Justice, Central Election Commission and the Ministry of Taxes in the list of 10 state agencies whose electronic services were used most often during the first five months of the current year.
Thus, the electronic services of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (MLSPP) were used 4,577,529 times in the stated period.
The electronic service "Apply for targeted social assistance" of MLSPP, which provides citizens with access to information resources of 20 state agencies and 3 mobile operators, was used 1,388,673 times in the reporting period.
The electronic services of the State Examination Center (SEC) were used 1,005,477 times in the reporting period.
The electronic service "Online submission of applications by candidates (applicants, bachelors, candidates (applying for residency))" of SEC was used 384,492 times in the stated period.
During the reporting period, the State Customs Committee’s e-services were used 332,638 times, Azersu OJSC’s e-services were used 59,596 times, Ministry of Internal Affairs – 39,615 times, State Committee on Property Issues – 33,644 times, Ministry of Justice – 20,190 times, Central Election Commission - 16,822 times, Ministry of Taxes – 14,470 times.
Thus, statistics show a significant positive change in both the range and usage dynamics of electronic services that are provided to the population via the E-government portal.
