Azerbaijani state communication enterprises to be restructured till 2015
A pre-privatization restructuring of the communication enterprises are planned to be conducted in 2012-2015 within the Azerbaijani ICT sector development, a draft state budget for 2012 submitted for consideration to the Azerbaijani Parliament said.
The measures are planned to be conducted to improve the management structure and the formation of a competitive market during this period.
The Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry has prepared necessary documents to change the form of ownership of state communication enterprises - Aztelekom and Baku Telephone Communication production associations from closed to open joint stock company and submitted to the government.
