Information session on changes made in Tax Code to be held for ICT companies and startups
An information session on changes made in the Tax Code will be held for ICT companies and startups on the initiative of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies, with the support of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and the Ministry of Taxes on February 14.
The purpose of the event is to provide ICT companies and startups with detailed information on the amendments made in the Tax Code, to hold discussions on new tax incentives for small and medium-sized businesses and other issues of interest to entrepreneurs operating in the field of ICT.
During the event, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 20, 2018 on the application of Law No.1356-VQD of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 30, 2018 "On Making Amendments in the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan" will be analyzed in detail.
It should be noted that the purpose of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies is to support innovative entrepreneurial activities, promote intellectual business, innovation and research projects, stimulate the development of modern infrastructure, provide financial support to small and medium-sized businesses, and promote domestic and foreign investment in this area.
