Huawei P30, P30 Pro smartphones launched
Huawei on Tuesday launched its latest P30 smartphones in Paris. The new flagship series features Huawei P30 and P30 Pro smartphones.
Huawei P30 is priced at €700 (Rs 54,600 approx.), while the Pro version will start at €999 (Rs 78.000 approximately).
Huawei P30 and its Pro version come with Kirin 980 chipset running under the hood, and runs Android 9.0 with EMUI 9.0. Both smartphones also feature the same 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. Like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, the new P30 phones also offer in-display fingerprint sensor.

Huawei P30 specifications
Huawei P30 features a 6.1-inch OLED display with 2,340x1,080 pixels resolution. The smartphone will be available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. Huawei P30 packs a 3,650mAh battery with USB Type-C port for charging.
In the photography department, Huawei P30 sports a triple-camera setup of a 40-megapixel sensor, 20-megapixel ultra-wide lens and an 8-megapixel 3X optical zoom camera. The smartphone also comes with a dedicated camera night mode. More features on the Huawei P30 include IP53 water resistance and a headphone jack.
Huawei P30 Pro specifications
Huawei P30 Pro has a bigger 6.47-inch OLED display with 2,340x1,080 pixel resolution. Huawei is offering the P30 Pro with 8GB RAM and three storage options of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. The smartphone is fuelled by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 40W ‘SuperCharge’. It also offers wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
Huawei P30 comes with additional camera features like a TOF sensor at the rear and up to 5X optical periscope zoom. The smartphone comes with IP68 water resistance. It however lacks a headphone jack.
