Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies to work in accelerated regime on holidays
The population will be provided with uninterrupted transport, telecommunications and postal services on holidays.
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has given relevant instructions to subordinate bodies, associations and telecommunication agencies and country’s telecom operators to ensure the population at the proper level with transport, postal, telecommunications, including internet access, mobile services, radio and TV broadcasting on holidays.
On holidays, duties will be organized and relevant measures will be taken to provide the population with uninterrupted and quality transport, telecommunications services, radio and TV broadcasting, promptly eliminate damaged cables and lines, execute the operating schedule of post offices, suspend preventive, construction and installation work, as well as strengthen the protection of communications facilities.
On May 24-25, “Shebeke” service centers located in Baku, Sumgait, Jalilabad, Zagatala and Aghdash will operate from 10:00 to 17:00, and on other days – from 09:00 to 17:00.
