Russia plans to build new radar in Azerbaijan by 2019
Russia plans to build a new radar system in Gabala in 2019.According to Komsomolskaya pravda, the statement came from general director of Radiotechnical institute named after academician A.L.Mintz Vladimir Savchenko.
'This is about the highly potential station of the high plant readiness Voronej-VP of the meter diapason. As for terms, we are planning to carry it out in 2017-2019, but everything depends on the good will of our respected neighbors-final agreements will be fixed on the political level', Savchenko said.
