State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan Republic continues to improve e-services
The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan Republic continues to implement measures on improving its electronic services. The committee and its subdivisions use the Centralized Information System and electronic mail addresses to insure efficiency and transparency of acceptance, examination of applications and respond to applications.
Now the citizens can submit their applications and e-letters directly through official web-pages of the committee and its subdivisions.
The applications received from the citizens in this way are automatically registered and sent to relevant subdivisions of the committee for examination. Director of the press-service of the State Committee on Property Issues, Gulu Halilov, told that certain measures had been implemented to improve e-services.
The citizens are received according to the schedule published in ‘Mülkiyyət newspaper, which is issued in both the paper-based and electronic versions. In this case a committee official hears citizen’s request and takes urgent measures to comply with it.
Over the last year a number of measures have been implemented to improve rules and methods of accepting information. Thus, official web-pages have been created for The State Committee on property issues, the State Real Estate Register Service, the Real Estate Cadastre and Technical Inventory Center, and the Auction Center for Organization of Auctions.
These web-pages are used for management and privatization of the state property, registration of real estate, publication of information on activities stipulated in the Charter of the Committees. Besides that, the ‘E-services’ section has been created in committee’s web-site.
It is used for offering the citizens e-services in different spheres, including participation in the auctions held in connection with privatization of the state property, providing the citizens with electronic application forms during privatization of the state property and registration of real estate.
The Committee has telephone service with phone number – 193 for management, lease and privatization of the state property and examination of applications submitted by citizens in connection with registration of rights to real estate.
The Committee also has telephone services of Auction Center for Organization of Auctions with number - 566-07-44 and the Real Estate Cadastre and Technical Inventory Center with number – 148 for informing the public about activities taking place in this sphere. The applications made through these telephone services are registered in special books in written and electronic forms.
The submitted applications are examined by responsible persons. The applications that need extra examination are considered on spot by responsible persons. Upon completion of examination the citizens receive answers to their applications.
