AtaBank triples transactions through POS-terminals
"AtaBank" OJSC successfully continues instant stimulating lottery campaign "Pay non-cash, get cash", launched on 15 December. From the beginning of the campaign till today the volume of transactions effected through Atabank's POS-terminals has increased more than three times, the bank's press release says. During the campaign an increase was noted in the number of the bank's cardholders. Thus about 218 campaign participants have won various sums of money.
The total won amount has made 3310 manat. AtaBank's instant stimulating lottery is designed for individuals engaged in non-cash transactions by any cards issued by banks operating in Azerbaijan, using POS-terminals installed by "AtaBank" at various commercial, residential and public service facilities.
According to the previous rules, the lottery is allowed for holders of cards on which the sum of transactions for a calendar month is at least 50 manats and who receives 1 (one) coupon.
But since August 10, 2012 the holders of cards on which the sum of transactions is 50 manats receive 2 (two) coupons. Thus, the chance of win is increased twice. Also it is not obligatory, that this minimal sum should be a result of 1 (one) operation.
Thus, this sum could be a result of several purchase and sale transactions, the checks on which should be presented to the bank. The lottery will last until 30 December 2012. .
