Chinese engineers have created a watch voicing the sign language of deaf mutes

Chinese engineers have created a conceptual model of smart watch that allows deaf-mute people to communicate with the outside world with the help of sign language.

Even if the interlocutor does not know the sign language of the deaf-mute, the watch will sound all that the person wanted to say.

With watch comes with a set of rings that are worn on each of the fingers of a deaf-mute person.

The rings read the movements of the fingers, voicing the sign language to the interlocutor with the use of special speakers built in the watch case.

Besides, as a feedback, the watch reads the speaker's speech, translating it into a text message for the deaf-mute.

The text appears on the built-in display.

If there is no need to communicate with people, all the rings can be folded into the bracelet.

The innovation can enter mass production in 2017, DNI24 reports.
