4 days left before completion of acceptance of projects within grant competition
The acceptance of projects within the 6th grant competition announced by the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies will be finished in 4 days. The main goal of such competitions is to increase the interest of young people in the sphere of intellectual business, innovative entrepreneurship and ICT, and to ensure large-scale involvement in this area.
It should be noted that the Fund facilitates the implementation of state policy in the ICT field and provides financial assistance to innovative business entities engaged in intellectual business. Up to now, 754 innovative and applied scientific and technical projects have been presented for 5 grant competitions held earlier. Grants have been provided for 112 of them. The grants provided by the Fund play an important role in building up their own startup business.
20 out of the completed projects have been commercialized and continued their activities, took their place in the market. The acceptance of projects for the current competition started on March 1, 2018 and is currently ongoing.
The acceptance of projects will come to an end on 30 April 2018 at 18:00. Projects for grant competition can be submitted through the e-grants section on the fund’s official website (www.ictfund.gov.az ).
