TAIEX Expert Mission on Connecting Europe Facility Transport kicks off
TAIEX (Technical Assistance and Information Exchange) Expert Mission on Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) began its work today at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and under the auspices of the European Union (EU).
The aim of the expert mission is to provide the beneficiary with comprehensive guidance on the Connecting Europe Facility as a key EU funding instrument in the transport sector. This event will allow the exchange of information on the methodology, policy background and best practice of transport infrastructure financing through the CEF.
The two-day expert mission will be held with the participation of the First Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, transport specialist Kristijan Ležaić.
The event is attended by representatives of relevant agencies in the field of transport.
