Instagram launches tools for removing bots from platform

Instagram has launched the tools that remove inflated likes, comments and fake subscriptions from empty accounts using third-party applications to gain popularity, TechCrunch portal writes.

As reported, the social network will notify users who provide access to their accounts on applications that inflate likes and fake subscribers. These users will be sent a warning from the service with information that the third-party functionality access has been canceled and it needs changing the password.

It is also noted that Instagram prohibits the advertising of activity cheating services.  Representatives of the social network invite users to report on such advertising messages posted on Instagram, Belta.by reports.
