Redmi TV with 70-inch screen launches with price around Rs 38,000
Alongside the Redmi Note 8 series that includes the Redmi Note 8 and the Redmi Note 8 Pro Redmi also launches a 70-inch Redmi TV. Redmi launches the Redmi TV 70-inch with a price of 3799 yuan that roughly translates to around Rs 38,000. For now, there are no words whether the Redmi TV 70-inch will make to India or not. Considering India is one of the most important markets for Redmi it is likely that the Redmi TV will come to the country.
Redmi explains that the all-new Redmi TV offers a 60 per cent larger screen when compared to a 55-inch screen smart TV. Talking about the screen of the Redmi TV the company says, "it is designed with 70-inch 4K ultra-high-definition screen, and its display area is more than 60 per cent larger than the mainstream 55-inch."
Some specs about the Redmi TV now. The Redmi TV comes packed with 4K HDR screen, Dolby Audio, 3 HDMI, 2 USB, Amlogic SoC, and Dual band WiFi. Similar to Mi TVs the Redmi TV also comes with PathWall that will contain all the content. As far as the design is concerned the Redmi TV appears to be slick with a massive screen. The bezels around the 70-inch screen of the Redmi TV are slim. The Redmi TV includes the "Redmi" logo on the chin. The Redmi TV comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Redmi TV also supports phone scan code for faster projection.
The Redmi TV is the cheapest 70-inch TV available in the market right now. In China, the price of Redmi TV is set for 3799 yuan that translates to around Rs 38,000. As noted, the company is yet to officially confirm the India launch timeline of the Redmi TV. But considering India is a crucial market for Redmi the 70-inch Redmi TV may come to the country soon.
