The leadership of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has held regular receptions of citizens.
In accordance with the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by heads of central executive authorities and their deputies in September 2019, Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade has today received citizens in Zagatala city (citizens from Zagatala and Balakan regions), and First Deputy Minister Ali Abdullayev – in Gakh region (citizens from Gakh).
The leadership of the ministry listened to citizens’ appeals regarding transport, telecommunications, postal services and other issues.
A number of problems raised by citizens were solved on the spot. Instructions were also given to the relevant bodies on the resolution of issues requiring additional study in accordance with the requirements of legislation.
At the same time, citizens’ appeals on the issues that are unrelated to the activity of the ministry were registered to be sent to the appropriate bodies.
