‘Aztelekom’ PU conducts analyses

‘Aztelekom’ Production Unit has started to conduct analyzes of information collected from the region.  According to information provided to ‘İCTnews’ by ‘Aztelekom’,  the information  to be analyzed  is gathered through ‘hot lines’ of  The Ministry of Information Technologies and ‘Aztelekom’ PU. Results of analyses show that citizens have problems with work of their phones due to various reasons.

Disruptions in work of telephones in the regions is explained by natural disasters and  most of complaints  made by citizens fall to  February-March period. According to the results of analyzes, most of ‘telephone is not working’ complaints are made by citizens because of damages to telephone lines. Let’s note that according to the existing rules when subscribers connect to the telephone network they are given 100 meter long telephone line free of charge.

Some years after connecting to the networks  a subscriber makes a complaint through ‘hot line’ and results of investigation show that  the telephone line has become completely worthless. A subscriber demands that the telephone line should be replace with new one free of charge, and if not, he will complain to the authorities again.   In case a subscriber doesn’t get free telephone line he makes several more complaints one after another.

Besides that, DSLAM equipments were installed in EATSs located in the villages, following the collective requests made by the local residents who want to get  access to broadband internet services.   Works are now being implemented by ‘Aztelekom’ PU to provide all villages in the regions with access to the broadband internet within the Concept of Development of Broadband Internet in Regions.
