The Azerbaijani IT company AZEL, which acts as a system integrator, has been selected as the structure responsible for building the technical system.
Company informed the work on introducing of the system has been completed.
SSIM was introduced at the ministry for the National Center for Information Security in Azerbaijan, which will launch in 2012.
"The project is analogous to the work implemented at SOCAR and Azercell. Negotiations are underway to implement a pilot project with several other state institutions of the republic," officials said.
