‘Aztelekom’ Production Unit is continuing successfully to implement works to provide all villages with optic cable. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by the technical director of ‘Aztelekom’, Zahir Valiyev. According to him, works are currently being implemented in the regions under the contract concluded with 8 private companies.
Within the current stage of works 220 km long optic cable line will be laid in 108 villages at 16 regions before ‘Novruz Bayram’ holidays commences. At the next stage optic cable will be provided in Sheki, Agdam, Khizi, Shabran, Siyazan and Zardab villages. By providing all villages in Azerbaijan with optic cable by the end of this year ‘Aztelekom’ PU will realize the Project that does not have analog in the world.
