New administrative building to be constructed for Qobustan Telecommunication Hub

The ‘Aztelekom’ Production Unit has taken comprehensive measures towards raising the quality of services rendered to the population.  In his interview to ‘ICTnews’ Director General of ‘Aztelekom’ Mahammad Mammadov said that  the measures, along with the introduction of modern information and communication technologies, cover such areas as aesthetic repair of administrative buildings and modernization of Subscriber Service Centers. ‘By providing all residential areas in the country with electronic stations ‘Aztelekom’ created a modern communication system.

As part of the activities, administrative buildings of telecommunication hubs in Tovuz, Uchgar, Agstafa, Gusar, Guba and Shabran regions underwent capital repair in order to meet modern requirements. Construction of a new administrative building for the Gobustan Telecommunication Hub is expected to begin soon.

Even though the hub is located in the building that meets modern requirement, its  Subscriber Service Center  is not satisfactory enough. And a decision was taken to build a new administrative building for the telecommunication hub in order to provide residents of Gobustan region with more modern and qualitative services.

The rooms in the new building will be equipped with modern equipment to provide convenience for both working personnel and customers.  Besides that, a park will be laid in front of the building. Let’s note that a project has been launched to provide EATSs in all villages in Gobustan region with optic cable. At present, there are 120 users of the broadband internet in the region. ADSL ports will be installed in Takla village within the next few days.
