The 4th official ceremony of presentation of the national prize Brand Award Azerbaijan - 2011 has been held at BUTA PALACE concert complex today recently. Award organizer -Caspian-European Integration Business Club. This year the Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference was granted Brand Award Azerbaijan - 2011 from a nomination in the "Brand of the Year - Exhibitions in Azerbaijan" category.
Brands which became winners (in the Number one brand in Azerbaijan nomination) of the internet poll held at www.brandaward.az website were awarded at the ceremony. During the Brand Award Azerbaijan - 2011 prize presentation ceremony Telman Aliyev, President and CEO of Caspian-European Integration Business Club, said that the poll which had been held at the website from May 10, 2011 until April 20, 2012 gained over 100,000 votes from 50 countries of the world.
According to him, each brand which represents development of the non oil sector is the result of hard work of thousands of people.
"In spite of the fact that only 35% of brands belonged to Azerbaijan during the first ceremony, today 70% of brands which won this award belong to Azerbaijan", Telman Aliyev noted.
He noted that new production enterprises which nowadays supply their products to over 50 countries of the world and represent different sectors of the economy were opened in Azerbaijan's regions owing to support rendered to entrepreneurs.
