Within 23 January-23 February 2012, the Azerbaijani artificial satellite will be officially launched to the orbit, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies reported. The company Arian which will launch the satellite to the orbit has officially confirmed the obligations.The launched is expected within one month.
