The new network differs from the existing radio-monitoring network in that it will allow to exercise full automatic control over the common frequency spectrum throughout the entire territory of the Republic, receive high-frequency radio signals and automatically detect illicit frequency signals.
New centralized automated radio-monitoring network built in Azerbaijan
The work on the construction of the centralized automated radio-monitoring network continues in Azerbaijan. The construction project consists of the following activities: identifying locations for radio-monitoring stations, according to international standards and the Universal Telecommunications Union’s recommendations, procurement of land plots, relocation of the existing stations, construction of new radio-monitoring stations, etc. All these activities are being funded by the state budget.The new network differs from the existing radio-monitoring network in that it will allow to exercise full automatic control over the common frequency spectrum throughout the entire territory of the Republic, receive high-frequency radio signals and automatically detect illicit frequency signals.
