The issues that were raised today by citizens during their reception by Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade in Gabala were then discussed in detail at a meeting with the heads of regional telecommunication nodes and branch post offices.
At the meeting, which was also attended by the heads of the structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, extensive discussions on the current situation in the sector, shortcomings, service quality, citizens’ complaints were held.
During the meeting, Ramin Guluzade gave the heads of the relevant areas instructions on improving the quality of services.
At the same time, the Minister gave relevant instructions for resolving problems in a timely manner, bringing the culture of service to the desired level, rendering a serious response to citizens' complaints.
In conclusion, R.Guluzade said that all the works are carried out with the aim of developing the sector and ensuring citizens' satisfaction with communication services.
