According to information of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, opportunity of participating in the SMS-voting during the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be afforded to subscribers of the Baku Telephone Communication (BTC) PA.
As BTS told, in order to use a service a subscriber must dial 107, report about intention to send SMS, dictate text of message and phone number of subscriber to which the message should be sent. The message is further sent recipient by 107 service.
