According to him, the entire communication network of the region is equipped with modern EATSs, and there is satellite communication in Kekit Malakh, Lakit Kotuklu, Tangut villages.
Besides, after introduction of CDMA type nonsim communication in the region, the demand of the local population for the telephone communication was fully satisfied.
Construction of optical connection lines in the villages erased the difference between urban and rural communications in the region. Now around 40% of the region’s communication lines are optical.
As a result of implemented measures the total number of telephone subscribers across the region reached 11,000 people.
Communication network of Gakh region is fitted out with new EATS
