Installation of digital broadcasting equipment in Nakhichevan has started.According to information from the press service of Nakhichevan AR, rooms were allotted to Duzdag Radio-TV broadcasting station for this purpose. Works on construction of the main station and transmitters are expected to end in February.
Test broadcasting of the digital television channels in Nakhichevan AR will start in early February this year.
The test of the digital broadcasting will be carried out in parallel with analog broadcasting and will last till the end of 2012. The analog broadcasting will cease in 2013.
