According to him, during the second half of 2011, BTCPU built two CDMA base stations: one - in Mardakani settlement, the second one – in micro-district No 9.
One more base station is planned to be built soon in Yasamal district of Baku city. Let’s note that BTCPU renders non-sim CDMA services with "511" and "555" indexes. Today, 8,600 subscribers use this service.
Baku Telephone Communication PU increases number of CDMA base stations
At present, Baku Telephone Communication Production Unit (BTCPU) is implementing measures towards increasing the number of base stations of non-sim CDMA service, told İCTnews head of CDMA Service Department of BTCPU, Murad Chabrailov.According to him, during the second half of 2011, BTCPU built two CDMA base stations: one - in Mardakani settlement, the second one – in micro-district No 9.
