Head of the Post Department of the Ministry of Communication and IT Novruz Mammadov said: “In the regions private postal companies are operating like the state ones. The Ministry granted licenses to 33 private companies in order to allow them to render postal services. “At the present time, “Röyal Express”, DHL and other postal companies carry out their activities across the country. The postal service market is a liberal sphere, which is why the private postal service sector has been overhauled five times during the last six years”, he added.
Private postal companies render their services in regions
