Azerpost plans to join MasterCard
A contract on Azerpost's joining the MasterCard international payment system was submitted to the payment system's regional office in Turkey, Azerpost Deputy General Director Subhan Kazimov informed press. He said a contract is expected to be soon signed. This will allow the operator to issue international payment cards and to pay pensions. The postal operator considers pensioners as potential customers. Azerpost operates to expand the ATM network. Azerpost has seven ATMs in Baku. At least one ATM is planned to be installed in Azerpost's every central district office until late 2011.Views: 2213
