Users don’t need to go to the customer services or wait for phone connection to “Azercell” any more. Registered users can speak directly to the customers’ communications officer via the chat. This new service is especially useful for those clients who don’t have telephone access or visiting a foreign country. They don’t need to make expensive international calls through roaming. All they need is to connect to “Azercell” and to ask questions about services and tariffs, speaking directly to the officer responsible for customers’ communications. Online customer services were introduced for all groups of users: Invoice Line, Invoice Free Line and Corporate Users. It should be noted that the system employs technologies from “Avaya” company, the world’s leader in the sphere of communication centers.
