An electronic database of doctors countrywide has already been created as part of the development of the project, Zaur Karimov, head of department at Azerbaijan's Health Ministry, said.
"Software has also been designed. We will further create a database of e-cards for patients. Once this work is complete, the public will be able to make an appointment with a doctor online," Karimov said.
