According to him, an idea to organize such a conference was initially proposed by the deputy general secretary of EU Ms Maud de Boer-Baguchi at the Octobus conference. ‘During this conference some ideas regarding the Internet Governance Forum, which will be held in November in Azerbaijan, were proposed, and all conference participants agreed that Azerbaijan possessed very positive experience in this field.
The activity will be attended by experts from EU and representatives from various parts of the world. During the Octobus conference Ms Baguchi repeatedly stressed the importance of the activity to be held in Baku in November. Let’s note that Octobus conference is widely appreciated as an event that played an important role in promoting hyper-security across the world’, B.Mammadov said.

An international conference on fight against hyper-crime is expected to be held in Baku in November.
