According to chief of the department of information of the education system of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Samir Mammadov, the pupils of the abovementioned schools will be provided with special modems to ensure internet access (via those notebooks).
Access to internet at schools and home-based will be ensured via the filter to prevent visits to undesirable websites.
Pupils of several schools to get free access to internet
Some secondary schools were delivered over 2000 notebooks free of charge. As part of the e-school project, some secondary schools of Baku, Sumgayit and school No 1 of the Khachmaz region were delivered over 2000 notebooks free of charge.
