Trend Micro is to open an Azerbaijani IT support service for its users, Turkish Helyum Bilisim Hizmetleri company IT-manager Bulent Dogru told. Mr Dogru said that the centre, expected to open soon, will allow receiving qualified advice in the country's own language.
He said: "We are going to send our technical engineers to Azerbaijan to provide full technical support Moreover we will also train professionals in the country. The project will be implemented jointly with Azerbaijani computer equipment manufacturer KUR and a distribution agreement was also signed to promote Trend Micro products."
Trend Micro provides two levels of tech support - Select and Select +. Customer Support Service can also help to solve urgent problems. The advanced solution Trend Micro Select + provides round the clock access to technical support services.
Turkish company Helyum Bilisim Hizmetleri is Trend Micro's distributor in the Central Asian region. The Azerbaijani company KUR represents Turkish company's interests in the country.
The main trading objective will be to promote Trend Micro's solutions in the Azerbaijani market. At present, the company promotes products of this manufacturer to the Northern Cyprus and Turkmenistan markets
The U.S-Japanese company Trend Micro develops a wide range of antivirus software ranking third behind world information security market leaders, Symantec and McAfee.
