Gartner made a forecast for the global market of information security products and services for the coming years.
According to the forecast, worldwide spending on information security products and services will reach more than $114 billion in 2018, an increase of 12.4 percent from last year.
The market is forecast to grow 8.7 percent to $124 billion in 2019.
Gartner analysts believe that during the next year, the industry will continue to expand, but the growth rate will slow down. They say that $ 58.9 billion will be spent on information security services in 2018 and 64.2 billion – in 2019, which makes roughly half of the total costs associated with this sphere.
