Number of Facebook users in Azerbaijan reached 526,180 on 10 November against 518,800 in October, according to Facebakers, which monitors Facebook.
The number of Facebook users in Azerbaijan increased 141,320 individuals or 36.72% over the last six months and 88,200 individuals or 20.14% over the last three months.
The growth over the last month was 7,330 or 1.42% and 6.34% over the last week. Azerbaijan ranks 92nd on the rating list of Facebok users worldwide.
It ranked 91st in October, 93rd – in early September (it remained unchanged from mid-August), 95th – in early July, 94th – in June, 96th – in April, 96th – in March and 94th on 1 February.
Around 6.34% of internet users across the country have accounts on this social networking website. Some 7% of Facebook users are aged between 13 to 15, 12% - 16 to 17, 47% - 18 to 24, 24% - 25 to 34, 6% - 35 to 44, 2% - 45 to 54 and 1% - 55 to 64 and over 65 years. Men make up majority of Facebook users (64%) in the country.
