According to Abbasov, internet services cost 1 percent of average monthly salary in developed countries. This figure is varies between 5 and 25 per cent in developing countries and is higher in poor ones.
"In Azerbaijan, the tariffs constitute about 4-4.5 percent of average month salary," Abbasov noted.
Internet tariffs expected to reduce in Azerbaijan
"Licensing 3G and launching work over 4G operating will promote cut in internet service tariffs," Azerbaijani Minister of Communication and Information Technology Ali Abbasov said.According to Abbasov, internet services cost 1 percent of average monthly salary in developed countries.
