The Ministry of Finance will undertake the procedure of financing for the CIPR and the Copyright Agency other issues arising from the Decision. The State Committee for Property Affairs is in charge to allot premises for the Centre within a month. The Decision came into force on 7 December.
Azerbaijan founds Centre for Intellectual Property Rights
The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights has been established in Azerbaijan.The Centre project was endorsed by the Cabinet Ministers Decision #195 and created under the Copyright Agency.The Ministry of Finance will undertake the procedure of financing for the CIPR and the Copyright Agency other issues arising from the Decision. The State Committee for Property Affairs is in charge to allot premises for the Centre within a month. The Decision came into force on 7 December.
