These centres are being established as a department. However, proceeding from the provisions of the ' Convention on cyber-security', there is also an establishment of national centres.
"The initiative of our ministry is to create the National Centre for Information Security in Azerbaijan," he said. "This proposal was submitted to the government. We expect that the issues relating to the structure of the centre will be resolved in the near future."
Azerbaijan establishes national security information centre
