Yuri Bocharov, a scientific technologist and member of “Azerbaijan-Israel” International Association, proposed to create a new portal similar to “Odnoklasniki” website, which will unite all Azerbaijanis of the world. Mr. Bocarov expressed this idea in his article titled “Who will unite Azerbaijanis of the world” and dedicated to the forthcoming Congress of Azerbaijanis of the World. “This website will provide information about people, their workplaces and their abilities.
It will also help Azerbaijanis, living in foreign countries, to establish friendly and business relations with each other. It is also possible to create “Azerbaijanis of the World” encyclopedic website on the model of “Wikipedia”, where our foreign compatriots will post their autobiographies, chat and share their experiences” he said. It is worth noting that ideas to create such websites have already been expressed several times by different people. With spreading information on cultural heritage and achievements of Azerbaijani people the world community will be better acquainted with true nature of Karabakh issue.
