Experts from Turkey, Switzerland and Azerbaijan spoke about successful application of IT technologies at the event. The key speeches covered Oracle Keynote, RAC, Active DataGuard, Fast-Start Failover, DataGuard Broker and other technologies of Oracle Corporation.
A separate presentation was dedicated to the application of Oracle Exalytics in-Memory server.
The forum involved over hundred business and government representatives. The event was organized by SINAM Company, a local partner of Oracle Corporation.
E-services in property registration to raise efficiency of public administration
The system of electronic registration of real estate will contribute to the development of e-government in Azerbaijan. The statement came from head of the group of the Real Estate Registration Project in Azerbaijan Malcolm Childress while speaking at the presentation of the e-registration system on Thursday.
According to him, the system "will become a fundamental element in the field of real estate registration, increase capacity and efficiency of public administration."
"In addition, the introduction of the on-line registration of immovable property indicates that the government of Azerbaijan is aimed at introducing the latest developments in order to improve the system of governance. It indicates that Azerbaijan takes a big step in terms of sustainable development ", he said.
The real estate registration project in Azerbaijan is implemented by the World Bank.
E-registration of real estate is part of the project.
As previously reported, the system through which the public, individuals and legal entities will be provided with high-quality e-services will be operational soon.
This will greatly simplify and expedite the registration of real estate, as well as increase transparency in this area.
