The State Statistics Committee has revealed macroeconomic indicators of economic and social development of Azerbaijan Republic for January-February of 2012. According to information provided to ‘ICTnews by the State Statistics Committee, this year, as last year, the sphere of communication is among the spheres which are developing rapidly.
The volume of services, rendered by organizations of the communication sphere to the population, organizations and businesses for the last two months, amounted to 195.4 million manats. In comparison with January-February of 2011, the volume of communication services has grown by 14.1%, and 47.8% of these services have been rendered directly to the population.
