‘A powerful database has been created at the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan’, said the Executive Director of the Foundation Elchin Babayev during his interview to ‘ICTnews’.
‘The database will help us to find out whether the certain project presented to us has already been presented to any other foundation. If so, we will immediately exclude this project from the bidding processes,’ E. Babayev said.
