According to the news service for the Azerbaijani embassy in the South African Republic, during the meeting Ramagoshi expressed satisfaction with the interest of the embassy to SABC and the intention to get detailed information about Azerbaijan.
While noting the opportunity to cooperate with the Azerbaijani media, the general director noted that in case of assistance by the embassy, this can be attained in the shortest period of time.
In turn, Polukhov provided information about the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno Karabakh conflict, cultural, economic and political state of Azerbaijan.
The meeting participants conducted broad exchange of views around establishing business ties between Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting and Public Television of Azerbaijan with SABC and it was decided to organize mutual visits of the journalists of the two countries.
