This information was provided to ICTnews by SLCC. According to SLCC, The Baku Cartographic Factory executes the service rendered by SLCC. Ready-made maps are delivered to customers for 1-5 days, and new maps are prepared within the time indicated in the contract. As for the payment for the service, the list of prices for different types of services has been presented to the Tariff Council for approval. Payment for the service is made via the Internet, AST, in cash and etc.
The service can be used by all physical persons, legal entities and state bodies. Physical persons, legal entities and state bodies can fill out electronic application for the publication of thematic maps and atlases that are used for various purposes and submit this application together with other required documents to the relevant state agencies.
Thus, the request for publication of maps should be made to the State Land and Cartography Committee, and the application for electronic sale of maps should be made to the Baku Cartography Factory. Upon acceptance of the presented documents, the State Land and Cartography Committee registers them in the special registration book and forwards them to the relevant agencies.
SLCC automates its service related to publication and electronic sale of thematic maps and atlases used for different purposes
