The process of presentation and examination of the state budget execution reports made by the State Treasury Agency of the Ministry of Finances of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been fully digitalized. This information was provided to ICTnews by the Ministry of Finance.
According to the ministry, the software, which was developed by the ministry to insure acceptance of these reports via the Internet, includes provision of organisations with the user code to the data sharing system, downloading, filling and submitting of report forms, watching the process of acceptance and examination of reports, enciphering of security certificates according to the international standards for electronic documents and etc. Organizations should send their reports through ‘The State Treasure Agency’ section of the official web-page of the Ministry of Finance ‘www.maliyye.gov.az ’.
