"There are no figures on the Azerbaijani IT market. However if for example, one considers the figures for GDP and population of the country, the figures are quite good," Beklemishev said.
He said official reports of IDC include only 'white' delivery.
"When a company evaluates the IT markets as a whole, then the 'grey' delivery is also considered. If we talk about the market of Dubai, then if you calculate the number of deliveries of products in this country, it turns out to be a colossal figure. It is clear that Dubai does not consume so much and that part of the production goes into a 'grey' delivery," Beklemishev said.
