‘Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Germany had expanded during the recent years. In this connection, we attach great importance to the development of relation between the two countries in the sphere of education.
The countries have already established cooperation in the professional education sphere, and certain steps have already been taken in this direction’ M. Mammadov said. In his turn, O.Hauzer spoke about the project for creating a pilot professional education organization in Sumgait city. ‘The term of education in this organization will be 3 years. The organization will train specialists in chemistry, construction and mechatronics. The realization of the new project is very important for the region.
So we need to construct a building for the organization and prepare necessary educational tools, curriculum and teaching personnel. Also, it is important to translate all teaching materials from German into Azerbaijani language,’ O. Hauzer said. In his turn, M. Mammadov spoke about the development of the professional education system in Germany underlying the importance of German experience in this field. ‘I appreciate and support the realization of this Project in Azerbaijan.
By implementing this project in Sumgait city we will provide all large industrial enterprises and industrial parks in this city with skilled personnel. The project will play a significant role in expanding their activities. It is very important to create a working group for the efficient execution and management of the project,’ M.Mammadov said.
